Before you can be accepted, all Calling All Skaters DTS applicants must submit a Physician's Form that is to be filled out by their doctor and emailed in. They must also sign and email in a Tuition Refund Form. Download both forms below.

STEP 3: Make a Payment

If you are interested in making a payment towards the tuition/ministry costs of a student in one of our programs please click the button below and follow the directions. We are only able to accept payments through PayPal at this time. Do not submit a student payment as a donation to Calling All Skaters, since student payments are not tax-deductible.
